- Specialist in chilled and frozen foods

- Extensive network of delivered wholesalers, cash & carry, contract catering & end users to include Brakes, Unitas, Costco,  CRG, Reynolds, Greene King, Prezzo & Compass Group

- Established relationships with 

national recipe box suppliers 

- Held roles at Futura Foods & Ministry of Cake.

  - Strategic business planner with 20 years experience in the foodservice industry

- Proven track record of delivering ambitious growth, leading cultural change and developing teams to achieve new levels of success

- Held board member positions at trade associations FWD and BFFF

- Previous roles include Managing Director for Caterforce Group & Head of Buying at Makro.

  - Over 30 years experience across retail, wholesale & foodservice

- Extensive network in contract catering sector

- Previous experience delivering global purchasing strategy for Sodexo Group, procurement and menu development for TGI Fridays, & purchasing roles at Iceland & Makro 

- Experience managing factories & buying teams, for leading global foodservice organisations.

- 16+ years’ experience in B2B & B2C marketing, delivering engaging brand experiences

- Strategic planner, executing multi-channel strategies to reach customers, drive brand position and strengthen market share
